Don’t miss this FREE workshop by Idols trainer and award winning vocalist, composer, and producer. Fresh from being Musical Director on IDOLS 10 and releasing his EP, “5th Story”, RJ Benjamin will be hosting a FREE workshop on Saturday 31 January in conjunction with Music Exchange and Paul Bothner Music in Claremont.

Workshop Title: Understanding Your Voice – Tips And Tools Of The Trade

RJ has coached Lira, two Idols Winners – Elvis Blue and Vincent Bones, Naak Musiq, Tumi Masemola (Gang Of Instrumentals) and Vusi Nova. He’s also done in-studio vocal coaching (a.k.a. vocal producing) with artists such as Danny K and Vicky Sampson.

Speaking to RJ from Johannesburg he remarked: “It’s important to give back to the industry that I love. I’m in town for the Can Skylark shows at Roxy Review bar. I sing the song ‘So High’ in the show with Can. The program Music Exchange must be one of the leading events in SA. I’ve been involved for the last 2 conferences, and these series of workshops are important to me as they will give attendants practical take home tips to apply to their voice.”

It will be from 10 -12 noon with plenty of time for questions.
