The Evolution of a Trailblazer – Fender’s Acoustasonic Player Telecaster

Fender’s trailblazing innovation that came with the original 2018 Acoustasonic range took the world of guitars by storm. Fusing acoustic and electric tones with clever electronics and a fresh aesthetic, the Acoustasonic was a true hybrid guitar.

These guitars are made in the USA and, as such, carry a price tag that one could describe as “serious”. While you’re certainly getting your money’s worth, it has excluded a major portion of the market from experiencing and experimenting with the Acoustasonic magic… until now.

Fender have recently unveiled the Acoustasonic Player Telecaster. Attaching the guitar to their Mexican-made Player series has allowed them to reel the price in, and focus on a stripped back set of features, with (as the name suggests) players in mind.

Let’s take a look at the Fender Acoustasonic Player telecaster!
