South African flute player, Wouter Kleerman has won the Grammy for “Best New Age Album”.

Wouter recorded the album Winds of Samsara with Indian composer Ricky Key. The album was inspired by Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi. “The message is of peace, love and tolerance about Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi that’s the message we were trying to communicate with this album.” – Wouter Kellerman

“Winds Of Samsara” was a massive undertaking that took 3 years and 120 musicians to make. It reached #1 on the US Billboard New Age Albums Chart and also peaked at #1 on the Zone Music Reporter Top 100 Radio Airplay Chart in the month of July 2014.
