In the early hours of Sunday morning George Bacon, the front man for the band Hog Hoggidy Hog passed away. This is a huge loss for our industry; George was an inspiration to many of us here at Bothners, with some of us in the audience for the Hogs show on Friday. George will be sorely missed.
The band has released the following statement: “It is with great sadness that we write this message. We have lost our brother and his memory will live on in our minds and hearts forever. All our love and condolences to Verena, Draco and family. George, you will be missed with all our hearts.”
