ProBucker Pickups Deliver Iconic Tone

The Blackback is equipped with Epiphone’s ProBucker pickups, which provide the warm, driving tone that has defined the Les Paul sound for over 60 years. The ProBucker 2 in the neck position produces full, rich tones with balanced output, while the ProBucker 3 bridge pickup delivers a hot, distorted sound perfect for rock leads and power chords. With standard volume and tone controls for each pickup, players have full control over a wide range of vintage and modern tones.

Like all Epiphone Les Pauls, the Blackback is built to professional standards with premium components for superior playability and performance. It features a mahogany neck with a comfortable SlimTaper profile, a 24.75″ scale length and 22 medium frets.
