It is our honor to announce that this year’s winner of the Battle for Wacken was won by Zombies ate my girlfriend! They will go to Germany to represent South Africa at the biggest Metal festival in the world! Be sure to follow the guys and support them on BandCamp

Zombies ate my Girlfriend is the brain child of Adriano Rodrigues. The project only came to fruition with the addition of Ferdi Groenewald. Once the pair had completed writing ‘Patient Zero’ the band quickly came to life with Louis, Wesley and Gavin joining the fray. The rest is tumultuous history. “If you’re born to be hanged you’ll never drown. But just in case, we learnt to swim.”
