Witchfest is the biggest metal festival in South Africa and will be taking place over Easter Weekend. So if you feel the need to get some headbanging in before you go looking for some hidden eggs, this might be what you’re looking for. The event takes place over two days, in two different cities.
With a stellar line-up, this year’s event is bound to please almost all South African Metal Heads. Paul Bothner is proud to announce that we are the backline sponsor for Witchfest 2017.
Johannesburg Event
The first leg of the festival will be held in Johannesburg on Friday 14 April. It will be hosted at Sundowners in Alberton on the Corner of Klipriver Drive and Kromvlei Road.

Cape Town Event
Once the dust has settled in the City of Gold, it’s off to the Mother City. The Cape Town leg of the event will take place at The Shred, located at 68 Auckland Street in Paarden Eiland.
