Taxi Violence and Crimson House at Farmhouse Rocks

Cape Town is renowned for its nightlife. Just about every weekend there is a host of activities you can do once the sun goes down. In recent years, the Day Life has started to really pick up. So, if you’re looking for a way to spend an afternoon enjoying great live music, then here’s your solution. Join local legends Taxi Violence and Crimson House for a day of bouncy gypsy blues at the Cape Farmhouse.

The Event

On the 4th of March 2017, Taxi Violence and Crimson House will be playing at the Cape Farmhouse on Redhill Road. Doors will open at 13:30, and the bands will start playing at 15:00. The event is open to the whole family; even your dogs!

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to bring your own food or drinks into the venue. There will, however, be a variety of food and drinks on sale at the mini festival.

Remember, the Cape Town sun can be harsh this time of year, so it’s important the remember to bring your hats and sunblock. There will be a few shady spots in which to hide, but it never hurts to be prepared for the sun.

The Bands

Taxi Violence has just released ‘Shape & Form I’. This is the first part of a series of EPs the band plans to release throughout the course of the year. In addition to their already-impressive rock resume, the band are excited to perform the new material at Farmhouse Rocks.

Crimson House will, as always, pull out all the stops to bring you a gypsy jungle dance experience like none other.
