The Laney LH50 guitar amp head, a twin channel 50 watt amplifier head with class A-B circuitry and independant valve gain controls on each channel. The LH50 also has 3 band EQ, a global reverb options and tone controls for each channel.
The advantage of having gain controls on each channel is that one channel can be set up for clean rhythm work or solos and the other can be configured as an overdriven distorted sound for riffs and lead work. The pre-amp valves are 12AX7’s whilst the power output circuitry uses EL34B-STR’s.
