Description

This Tele’s medium C-shaped neck feels amazing, while its 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard offers buttery smooth playability. The Vintera Road Worn ‘70’s Tele includes a 6-saddle string-through-body hardtail Strat bridge with bend steel saddles and vintage “F”-stamped tuning machines.

Relic’d alder body offers original-era feel and aesthetics

The Vintera Road Worn ’70s Telecaster Deluxe features a balanced-sounding alder body — a mainstay on Fender bodies with a distinctive tone that’s at the center of some of rock ‘n’ roll’s most enduring classics. A relic’d nitrocellulose lacquer finish gives this solidbody electric guitar the look and feel of a well-loved 1970s original. A 6-saddle string-through-body hardtail Strat bridge with bend steel saddles and vintage “F”-stamped tuning machines put the perfect finishing touches on this Tele, supplying you with original-era aesthetics, plus rock-solid performance and tuning stability.

Wide Range humbucking pickups yield a bright, bold sound

Fender designed the Vintera Road Worn ’70s Telecaster Deluxe’s Wide Range humbucking pickups to sound bright and bold, delivering the punchy character you’d expect from a Tele. And your sonic options are vast when you explore the control scheme. You’ll find volume and tone controls for each pickup, plus 3-way pickup switching. Guitarists dig this variation on the classic Tele controls, allowing you to dial back the tone on the bridge pickup without dulling your neck pickup’s tone when using them in conjunction.

Medium C-shaped neck ensures easy playability

The Vintera Road Worn ’70s Telecaster Deluxe is a treat to play, largely because of its medium C-shaped neck profile. This is a pleasantly stout neck, and its increased mass yields an incredibly natural feel, as well as excellent sustain. Its 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard is complete with 21 medium-jumbo frets that feel incredible to play. This neck secures to the guitar’s alder body with a 3-bolt plate and includes a synthetic bone nut.
