The Body
Squier have opted for a Poplar body, giving you a pronounced low-end and full-bodied resonance. The alluring Mustang shape is a head-turner by nature; add a striking Imperial Blue gloss finish to the mix, and you really will stand out from the crowd!

The Neck
Maple is a common choice for neck wood for Squier and Fender alike, and this guitar is no exception. A 1-piece maple neck delivers the perfect amount of bright, snappy tone to compliment the basswood body. The satin finish also gives you extra smooth playability, so whizzing up and down the neck will be a breeze!

Squier have also opted for a laurel fingerboard which has a dark appearance similar to the rosewood used on Fender models and provides a smooth natural feeling playing surface.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any easier, Squier have added a C-shape neck profile and compact 24″ scale length. This means that the Bullet Mustang will sit comfortably in the hands of any player, whether you’re a beginner adjusting to electric guitar, or a frequent performer looking for something a little different!

Electronics & Hardware
First of all, this guitar is dual-loaded with Fender humbucking pickups. You won’t believe the bite this thing can produce! It perfectly compliments the wood choice, deliver a full, punchy tone that’ll be able to handle the biggest stadium riffs you can imagine.

As well as this, Squier have chosen a simple 3-way pickup selector. This ensures hassle-free access to a variety of tones; position 1 is the bridge, position 2 is the bridge and neck, and position 3 is the neck. Combine with simple volume and tone controls to find an amazing number of tonal sweet spots!

A simple white plastic & chrome scratchplate nicely contrasts the striking finish, with a front-facing input for easy access. Finally, the 6-saddle Modern Hardtail Bridge makes sure that your tuning is stable and your action is gig-ready at all times!
