The Detailed Features

Exceptional Audio

The NTH-100’s feature custom-matched dynamic drivers that have been tuned for an accurate frequency response and low distortion, they are remarkably natural-sounding headphones. This is further enhanced by the contoured design of the earcup, and memory foam cushions for excellent passive noise isolation.

Fit for purpose voicing

The drivers feature a custom voice coil with a four-layer aluminium alloy at its core, which is coupled to a triple-layer Mylar diaphragm. This is combined with a neodymium magnet and innovative phase plug inspired by RODE’s NTG5 microphone. This delivers an accurate frequency and phase response for an articulate listening experience.

Comfortability prioritised

The most important factor in a set of headphones is obviously audio, but comfortability is a close second. Specifically in the case of monitoring headphones, which tend to be worn for hours on end. the NTH-100’s offer luxurious Alcantara earcups with a layer of CoolTech gel, which absorbs and dissipates heat, and significantly reduces hearing fatigue.

The Tech Specs

It’s clear that we think these headphones are great, and offer an excellent experience, but the numbers matter too. In this regard, the NTH-100’s do not dissapoint, and support the claims and experience entirely.
