Mackie Thump Series
The Mackie Thump series is the ideal solution for the travelling musician. The speakers come equipped with built-in mixers and “application-specific speaker modes” to ensure that you can set up your rig in record time.
Except for the Thump 18S, all the speakers in the Thump range feature a class-leading 1300W high-performance amplifier. The amps have ab ultra-efficient design and include Dynamic Bass Response technology.
Built-in Mixers
Most travelling musicians, from DJs and singers to buskers and acoustic guitarists, know the pain of lugging around heaps of gear, and no one to help carry said gear. So, when a high-quality PA system offers built-in mixers, people tend to sit up and take notice.
The Thump series features a 2-channel mixer equipped with two Vita preamps. The mixer can handle microphones, instrument inputs, and line level inputs with ease. So, if you only need two inputs, the Thump is an ideal solution.
Of course, should you require more inputs, you can always look at an external mixing desk.
Application Specific Speaker Modes
The Thump series is all about versatility, which is why the speakers feature between four and six speaker modes. The speaker modes allow users to optimize their system for specific environments, making set up even faster and easier.

We live in the age of Smartphones, and nowhere is this more evident than with how many producers are creating hardware with app controllers. The Mackie Thump BST series comes with it a proprietary app (available on Android and iOS), and will allow you to fine-tune your tone.
