More About Shipping to Door
Shipping to door of orders over R500 is free of charge. Our couriers follow standard social distancing procedures when collecting, shipping, and delivering your parcel. Our store and warehouse staff sanitise all products before boxing and packaging, and adherence to government guidelines is monitored closely.
In-Store Click & Collect Points
Each store has a separate collection area for low-contact collection of your online order. Just present your ID and order number at the collection point and we will hand over your items following strict social distancing protocols. All products and containers will have been packed following strict guidelines.
Pargo Pickup Points
Pargo offers busy customers innovative delivery methods, with the option to collect their online shopping at their local Pargo point. Shoppers can choose from over 2500 pickup points around the country including Clicks and Caltex stores. You can read more about Pago here.
