More About Bruce

Bruce Wallace is a high profile session drummer and without question one of South Africa’s most recorded drummers.

He has performed on well over Six hundred albums to date, over 60 of them reaching Multi- Platinum, Platinum or Gold status, more the 20 live music DVDs, and has dozens of SAMA (South African equivalent “Grammy” awards) to his credit.

Out of the Studio, Bruce often performs with many of South Africa’s high profile Artists.

Bruce has been formally trained in drums and percussion since the age 8, and later completed his studies at the Technikon Pretoria, where he obtained his National Diploma in Light Music.

Bruce is an international endorsee of Zildjian Cymbals and Sticks, Mapex Drums and Remo Drumheads. He also runs a successful recording studio, “Beat in Time Studios” and does a variety of Drumming and recording clinics around South Africa.
