Having just returned from their UK tour, Desmond and the Tutus are on the road again! This time they are coming to the Western Cape!
That’s right! One of the sweethearts of South African music will be coming to the Mother City and the Helderberg area for two amazing shows.
First Show: Mercury Live
The first of the two Cape Town shows will be taking place at the Mercury Live in the CBD. Desmond and the Tutus will be joined by two opening acts. The first of which will be Retro Dizzy, followed by Young Hands.
The doors will open at 20:00, with tickets on sale at the door. If you arrive early you will only pay R60 cover charge, but if you arrive after 21:00, then the cover goes up to R80 per tickets.

Second Show: Aandklas
The second stop of the “Mini Tour” will be Aandklas in Stellenbosch. Stellenbosch is known for its students, and everyone knows how students like to party. The guys from Desmond and the Tutus will be bringing everything they’ve got to ensure a great party!
The supporting bands for the Stellenbosch show have not yet been announced, so keep your ears to the ground!
