Summer in Cape Town is a wonderful time of year. Sure, the days can get a bit hot, but there is no better time of the year for the local nightlife. And the Night Nation Run is the perfect example of great Cape Town Night Life

Run, walk, skip or dance your way through this EDM-fuelled run.
Balancing your New Years resolutions with your social life isn’t alway an easy thing to do. You night want to go out for a run, while your mates want to grab a few pints at the local. The Night Nation Run will allow you to get your daily dose of working out, and at the same time allow you to party.
On the 13th May, starting at the Grand Parade in town, party goers will start a 5km night run. This, however, is a night run like no other. All of the course, there will be DJ’s, dancers and light shows. In addition, there will be selfie stations and Glow Gear giveaways.
Because of this, the entire race will feel like one massive EDM party. And if that isn’t enough, the party will continue after you cross the finish line.
Once you cross the finish line, you can join the festivities at the after party. There will be great DJ’s on the main stage, and to add to the vibe there will be confetti, fog, a light show and even a surprise headline DJ!
Charity
Proceeds from the Night Nation Run will go towards Pink Drive. Pink Drive is a breast cancer organisation aimed at public education. In addition, they offer a mammography unit which gives free cancer screenings around the country.
