Best known for his work with Johnny Clegg, Robert Plant, Annie Lennox, Peter Gabriel and Alistair Andrews, drum master Barry van Zyl offers lessons at the Paul Bothner Music Plumstead Superstore. His training includes drumset and more generalized rhythm lessons, with guitars and other instruments. 
Top Electronic Duo, V-Fonik, with brothers Kyle and Darren Petersen, are renowned for their work in major local and international level productions, from original artist performances, to cabaret and tribute shows at places such as Grand West, the CTICC and the like. 
The exceptional talent of the duo called V-Fonik, was showcased at the Assembly, with superb demonstrations of cutting-edge Roland gear. V-Fonik is comprised of SA DMC DJ Competition winner and super drummer Safwaan Goodenough a.k.a. DJ ONQ plus the true keyboard genius and hipness, Kyle Petersen. Prizes included: Roland RH-A7 headphones, R3000 Roland voucher, Roland apparel plus spot prizes!
