Barleycorn Benefit Concert
By PAUL BOTHNER MUSIC | March 7, 2018
The Barleycorn Music Club is one of the treasures of the Western Cape songwriting community. Very few organisations have done as much, or worked as hard, to promote local, original music.
On the 21st of March, the club will be hosting a benefit concert to raise funds to replace gear that has been water damaged. The money raised from the show has been earmarked to purchase the most urgent of items. Tickets are only R100, and there will be a killer lineup on the day. Normal shows at the Barleycorn will resume on Monday 26 March.
When: 21 March 2018
Where: Saggy Stone Restaurant
Villages Rugy Club, Claremont
Time: From 14H00
Price: R100 if bought from Quicknet, R120 if purchased at the door
